Tribe Strategy and Leadership

Strategy - Our spiritual and operational DNA will be:

  • All mission and ministry will be guided by prayer.
  • All effort will be driven by the power of The Holy Spirit and not the flesh. 
  • All people, part of the tribe or not yet a part, will be consistently communicated the message of “We Belong” because we matter to God.
  • All sub-ministries will be identified and branded with the Tribe name and logo. Examples: Tribe/Kids, Tribe/Missions, Tribe/Worship, Tribe/Men, Tribe/Ladies, Tribe/Groups, etc.
  • All ministries will be united through a constant fight against isolationism and by all purpose, values and vision of sub-ministries being undergirded by those of The Tribe as a whole. 

How will The Tribe be led?

  • The Tribe will be led through the concept of shared leadership.
  • The Tribe Leaders including the Pastor and four Tribe Members, selected by the Pastor and approved by the other Tribe members, will be the protectors of the Tribe’s purpose, values, and vision and make sure that The Tribe remains consistently faithful to those things.
  • The Tribe Staff, appointed by The Tribe Leaders, will lead the day to day activities of The Tribe, like planning and executing Tribe Gatherings and the carrying out the activities of sub-ministries, along with Tribe Members and Friends.  
  • The Tribe Guardians including the Pastor and four Tribe Members, appointed by The Tribe Leaders, will provide financial oversight and accountability for the budget and resources of the Tribe.

Involvement - There will be two levels beyond Tribe guests

  • Friend of The Tribe – You may attend, serve, give and grow. 
  • Member of The Tribe – You must attend regularly, serve faithfully, give generously, and grow consistently. 

Success - How will we measure it?

  • By being fruitful (The Fruit of The Spirit).
  • Be being faithful (To God and the mission, values, and vision of The Tribe).
